With the loop ends, you can thread the fastening strap in split state around frame parts, loading bars or drawbars of your reacha in no time. Then you can close it with the snap fastener and pull it tight. Thanks to the neoprene-covered elastic band, everything stays taut and any edges of your board are sufficiently padded without you having to put anything between them.
