Our shipping rates DHL Premium Economy:
Sales to the destination country Switzerland are net for our customers, without German VAT. For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge shipping costs including a handling fee. In addition, our shipping service provider DHL will bill the customer for the customs clearance fee (plus effort compensation 3%) and the Swiss import VAT tax (on the total amount of the order) upon delivery of the goods.
Our shipping rates DHL Premium Economy:
Sales to the recipient country United Kingdom are net for our customers, without German VAT. We charge shipping costs including a handling fee. Deliveries to the United Kingdom are taken over by DHL partner "Parcel Force" from the country border. The shipping service provider takes over communication to our customers, import, and delivery of packages. Before delivery of the goods, Parcel Force will invoice our customers with the following costs: import customs duty (plus handling fee 12 GBP) and the statutory import VAT tax (20% on the purchase value). After payment of these fees, the customer immediately receives his goods. This process is handled exclusively by our customers and Parcel Force directly.
Our delivery times depend on the product you order from us. You will find delivery time information on the respective product page.
We use DHL Germany as our shipping service provider with their partners in the respective recipient country. DHL is one of the most reliable senders in Europe. As a small company, we have no direct influence on the logistics of DHL. Therefore, we specify the time we need to send the parcel on its way. In addition to this time, the runtime of the parcel with DHL. You can see the approximate running times of DHL here: https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/pakete-versenden.html.
Please note that certain times of the year, such as Amazon PrimeDays, Black Friday, or Christmas, mean a very high workload for DHL. It may happen that packages are on the road a bit longer than indicated by DHL.
